– For normal sample order, it is 3-5 workdays. For the normal order more than 100 sets, it is 30-50 workdays, but it does vary. If you need to rush an order please drop us an email at sales@smadot.com
– Yes, ourware house offer safety stock for each each model, for sample order, we could delivery items as soon as the payment received.
– EXW price tearms. We accept Western Union, Paypal, T/T with USD dollars. For those seeking open terms, please contact our sales team for more information.
– For samples, there is no MOQ for orders.
For the order after sample order, the order MOQ is 10 kits per order.
For OEM, the MOQ is 100 kits.
For ODM, the MOQ is 500 kits.
– SMADOT’s warranty time will be 2 years.
– Yes, we support neutral packing without any private company information.
Technical Quesitions
– Max distance is 200 meters with qualified cable.
– There is a RFID card for add/delete RFID cards, please refer to the product brochure of related model.
– Gernerally, we don’t suggest our partners to use other brands to work with smadot video doorphones, because different brands might not compatitble with each other due to its different systems. As we have OEM some brands with smadot products, if you get a same product looks like Smadot Doorphone, please contact with our support team. BTW, all of our indoor monitor and outdoor station is compatitle with each other on our site, you could choose the kits whatever you want.
– Yes, you can.
– Only the S14 series supports.
1). make sure there is nothing blocked on the camera of outdoor station.
2). Make sure the power is on, and the power adapter is well installed.
1). Do not connect the 4P cable to outdoor station 2(the com port on indoor monitor), please conect it to outdoor station 1 com port.
2). Press the monitor less than 3 seconds.
1). Please set the BRIGHTNESS in indoor monitor accordingly.
1). Please make sure your device had been well installed according to the right diagram according to our user manual.
2). The lock wire distance is too long.
1). Check the indoor monitor sound volume.
2). Check whether the wiring connection is loose or not.
